  The United State
                 of America
   an old
     Black man
        in 21st Century
          125th Street
                      Harlem,
        with a
              broom
                      &
                  dust pan
           in his hands,
            cursing
                  while chasing
             this empty
                          bag
               of potato
                        chips,
                  twirling
                       round
                  on the
                      sidewalk
                    in this
                       circle

                               ,blame
                       the wind.
