We’re so happy that phati’tude Literary Magazine has finally gone to press. We’re also ecstatic that our Launch Party @ the Bowery was a great success.

That’s because we faced a lot of obstacles to get there, with four people doing the work of ten and paying for out-of-pocket expenses. Despite that, we’re prepared to go forward because we’re dedicated to providing poets, writers and artists the best possible platform to showcase their works to the general public. But we need your help to continue, especially in light of funding cuts from the city and state. We need you to help us help you!

So please, donate whatever you can — $5, $10 — to help keep “our thing” going at phatitude.org. Send email blasts to your friends to let them know what we’re doing and ask them to join the cause. We also need copy editors, graphic designers, proofreaders, promoters and website content writers — any help on this front is greatly appreciated. Let’s keep phati’tude going! And be sure to send me your ideas on collaborative efforts and how to spread the word, at editor[at]phatitude.org.

Thanks for your continued support and the opportunity to present your good works!
